Hi, I’m Taylor

I’ve had the privilege of working in a range of mental health settings, including a Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Outpatient Program, Community Mental Health Center, and several schools. These experiences have given me a broad understanding of mental health needs across different life stages, helping me better serve each client’s unique goals. I discovered my true passion in one-on-one work, where I can create a safe, trusting environment to walk with clients through some of their most challenging moments.

I hold a Master of Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey and am trained in specialized approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as techniques rooted in Mindfulness and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My lived experience as a Mom who has OCD, panic attacks, and Anxiety gives me a unique perspective—I deeply understand the overwhelming grip of Anxiety and OCD, as well as the strength and freedom that come with overcoming it. Living a values-driven life fuels my passion for helping other moms find their own way to peace and confidence in motherhood.

As a mom, I understand the struggle to stay present when anxiety and OCD pull your attention away from what truly matters.

My own journey began when I was 15, as OCD filled my mind with disturbing intrusive thoughts, triggering hours of compulsions just to ease my fears. On the outside, I seemed fine, but inside, I was overwhelmed. It wasn’t until I started my own therapy, nervous but determined, that I learned how to live with less shame and more self-compassion. Since then, my life hasn’t been free from struggle, but with the support of loved ones, the tools I’ve learned, and a strong foundation in my faith, I now know what it’s like to live without fear in the driver’s seat.

You want to find peace from the constant worry and intrusive thoughts, and I’m here to help you achieve that.

You want to find peace from the constant worry and intrusive thoughts, and I’m here to help you achieve that.

Through our work together, we’ll tackle anxiety and OCD using a combination of Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

These evidence-based approaches are designed to break the cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsions, helping you gain confidence in managing anxiety without letting it control your life.

With I-CBT, we’ll challenge the assumptions fueling your fears, allowing you to see intrusive thoughts for what they are—just thoughts, not facts. Through ERP, we’ll take gentle steps toward facing what you fear most without giving in to compulsions, building resilience along the way. And with ACT, I’ll guide you to identify and act on your values so you can focus on what matters most instead of what OCD tells you to fear.

You may however be eligible to use your out of network insurance benefits. I provide a Superbill on the first of each month that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.

  • What I would recommend is calling the number on the back of your health insurance card listed under Member Services.
